I love reading these types of misstated announcements. Thanks for the laugh. Here\’s one for you. The sign outside the church where my cousin got married said "Having trouble sleeping? Join us for Sunday services." That must be some boring pastor.

    Talking about Nothing Important

It’s a lazy , rainy, gloomy Saturday and I’m got some zzzz’s in while my subject was doing her thing. She thinks she knows what she’s doing. She’s on the computer most of the time, completely ignoring me and I don’t like it one bit. She didn’t play with me all day so I got a looong nap on my pillow in her bedroom, next to her sunken bed. What’s up with that? She thinks I’m gonna sleep with her on that thing? My last subject had me de-clawed, don’t know why. I’ve always been a good girl. Good thing I am de-clawed, coz I might be blamed for the sunken bed. Every so often, I’ll walk across the bed , making her think I’m gonna sleep on that stupid bed with her. Humans. HaHa. And they think they’re so smart, but I know how to control my subject. I do the things she doesn’t like and then I get to chase the laser mouse. HMMMNNP, I’m the only one getting exercice. One day , she put a harness and leash on me. We went outside, my Aunt Jeanne and I, well, I almost got some real exercise. I slipped right out of that harness and was headed through the fence, but my Aunt Jeanne caught me. I might let them try that again , coz I miss being around other kitties. Sometimes when I’m sitting in the window, a stray kitty comes to the window. This makes me so happy. I need her attention right now and she’s getting off her toy for me, coz she loves me.Cat face

Love this post. Wonderful to hear the point of view of the boss :-)I always thought my cat was lonely…but when we took in a second one I realized how wrong I was. It has taken a long time for the two females to tolerate each other….and that\’s about all they do. One is younger and wants to play, the older one just can\’t be bothered. I try to give them equal attention….no easy feat when you have two demanding bosses….as well as a dog, a rabbit and two birds. Hope you and Kassey are having a wonderful weekend.

I jumped up on Mama\’s chair while she went to check on the laundry. Humans are so silly, aren\’t they? They think they have us just where they want us. What they don\’t realize is it\’s just the opposite. My little brother is only two, so I\’m still teaching him the ropes. It won\’t be long now until the training is complete and the final plans are made. With two of us in the house, we\’ll finally be able to fully take over control of the premises. Your friend … Hoggle

My People can be just as clueless. Whether I look deeply into their eyes, or talk to them, it has taken many years for me to train them and get them to understand what I want. They\’re better at it than they used to be but still get their signals crossed from time to time. I\’ve lived with 4 other kitties, currently two others, and it just cuts into that personal attention I so richly deserve. Your situation sounds ideal, Kassey. Have a purrfectly wonderful week of service ahead.Regards,Cotton Q. Tee

    Air Mattress

Kassey still won’t sleep on my queen air mattress.I gave it to my d-i-l and it was too big for her bedroom, so she brought it back and exchanged it for my double size.It had/has a huge leak. I didn’t remember her asking me if they leaked. Well, they’ve been good until now, all of them…lol  Andy used super glue on her double size, sure hope it holds. I’m running out of beds..lol I don’t know where my leak is, well I really haven’t looked for it. I’m having too much fun ‘blowing it up’. Sometimes I just go to bed without adding air and wake up in a hole, very comfy though. When I’m in the sunken bed, Kasey looks at me and then looks at the bed, can’t help but wonder what’s she’s thinking. Any ideas?… Sigh…I’ll buy another one so she can sleep with me.
We’ve heard the saying ‘Purty is as Purty’ does.(southern pronunciation). My new Pink Vaio laptop is in Best Buy hospital. Andy said he thought it was the hard drive, been restored a number of times. Last time it crashed was enough for me, so I gave up. Thank God I bought the extended warranty, but I’m very unhappy with Sony, sure hope my other Sony stuff holds up. So far the TV, etc is holding up. Kassey sure loves it. We disagree on the boundaries set forth, like crossing my wires, going behind the TV, so now when she mis-behaves, she goes to her bathroom for time out…Yes she remembers, but she needs my attention and this is how she tells me. It’s a nice Lord’s Day, let’s be happy in it.Red roseCat face

I don\’t think I\’ve ever found an airbed that DOESN\’T leak. Good luck on that!!! Sony is usually pretty reliable—hope you can get it fixed.

    • Rambling 4:32 pm on March 8, 2009 Permalink | Reply

I swear, like Sue, any airbed I have been in leasks thru the night and you wind up dumping yourself onto the floor (from not high up) trying to get out of them in the morning they are so low on air.

    • Rambling 4:34 pm on March 8, 2009 Permalink | Reply

Remember too that any laptop needs air underneath it or they will harm themselves with too much heat. Get a cooling pad available anywhere… like Staples. Doesn\’t cost much and keeps them, the laptops, elevated so they get good air circulation. I found this out the hard way, Never again will I NOT have a cooling pad.

    • Joe 5:12 pm on March 8, 2009 Permalink | Reply

Deflated beds and laptops on the fritz…yikes sounds exciting! I didn\’t do all that well with my Sony stuff either to be honest. My last laptop bit the dust and frankly I don\’t seek to replace it since any desktop beats a laptop silly for less money though of course they\’re not as portable. Blessings to you my friend.

    • Dana 5:48 pm on March 8, 2009 Permalink | Reply

You can by the rubber patch kits they have for rafts. How my hubby found leaks was you have a bucket of soapy water and suds down the mattress with it and wherever you see bubbles coming out is where the leak is. Dry it off and use the patch kit to patch it. Tada!

    • R U Serious 8:16 pm on March 8, 2009 Permalink | Reply

What Dana said!! As for Sony, I have one of their TVs but never one of their computers. I might have to get me one of those cooling pads. There\’s a Staples nearby.Hope you\’re having a wonderful weekend

I use one of those cooling thingies, metal mesh from Wally World, better than the other thingies I saw. I just bought some junk this time. Thank yall for coming by.

Only ever had 1 airmattress from Canadian Tire & surprise, it never leaked, its 4 years old now and still no leak, its also air-empty right now, but y\’all know what i mean. I bought one of the air cooling matts from Staples for my laptop, it works great. Sorry for being out of touch for so long, hope to get caught up some day, lol. Have a great Sunday, take care my friend, Hugs B

I like "Sony" music equipment and have not had problems with that….but their laptop was a disappointment and the one I got after that was a "Tosheba" which was much better…in my opinion. I do like the idea of a pink computer, though. =) Having cooling pads makes a big difference. Have a great week ahead.

I have five pieces of Sony electronics from as long as 25 years ago and it all still works. I quit buying anything made by Sony on principle due to their business practices about three years ago. A one person boycott. Or maybe an old-coot-cott. Whatever.Peace, Doc

We thought our air matress had a leak (the one we used when the kid\’s had friends sleep over), but it turns out I was not getting the cap closed tight enough. I hope you get it all figured out soon.
